The Office Services Team are based at four locations in the UK : Bristol Coventry Loudwater London and are responsible for over 100 office buildings throughout the UK. This web-site will introduce you to our teams and some of our staff, along with the various tasks they perform to ensure that our company's staff (over 5000 in the UK) can function properly. The Office Services Team consists of over 100 staff and are responsible for all manner of functions that are required to keep our company working. The team is divided into the following groups : Post Room Switchboard Printing & Stationery Document Filing Move Management Head Office Facilities (including Catering, Security and Maintenance) Branch Facilities Purchasing & Procurement Fleet Administration Sports & Social Club. Each of these areas will be broken down and described in more detail in the pages that follow, along with photographs of some of our staff.
